    The IAM II will assist the Enterprise Sales Vertical and will leverage vendor and manufacturer account teams to assist in the quoting, ordering and post-ordering phases. This role will be teamed with an Account Executive and will be expected to work strategically with the AE to identify and bring in new business opportunities. A IAM level II is majority quoting and will be introducing customer and partner facing responsibilities.

    Responsibilities

    • Managing the day to day activity of a set list of accounts.
    • Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction with existing clients as well as working with Account Executives to identify and bring in new opportunities.
    • Managing various task, projects and deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion
    • Learning key aspects of customers’ business as it relates to ZIVARO products and services.
    • Strategically working with AE to build Target Account List and plans to go after target accounts.
    • Preparing sales proposals to customers for upgrades and IT projects.
    • Organizing and lead day-to-day activities that are required to ensure timely and accurate response times to internal and external customers.
    • MS Office including PowerPoint
    • Other duties as asigned

    Qualifications

    ZIVARO is looking for a person who has a minimum of high school diploma and 1 year of experience in the sales industry. This person will have experience in quoting and will be introduced to customer and partner facing responsibilities. This person will also be able to analyze situations and react properly with minimal supervision.     Physical Requirements:

    • Able to travel frequently 15% of the time
    • Able to frequently lift up to 35 pounds
    • Frequently sit for long periods at desk using computer
    • Able to stand for long periods at conferences
