Contract Administrator II will act as a central point of contact for all agreements contemplated within ZIVARO. The CA II makes sure that all parties involved fulfill obligations to which they agreed. The contract administrator must know the ins and outs of a contract and ensure all sides adhere to its specific terms, conditions, rights, and obligations. The CA II will be responsible for managing several assignments concurrently while maintaining schedule deadlines. This position has a high strategic impact to ZIVARO and is responsible for managing critical contract formation and management, obligations of high risk and visibility.
ZIVARO is looking for a person who has a minimum a Bachelors degree in related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience or multiple contract certifications. This person must be detail oriented and have the ability to stay calm and focused in a hectic environment. This person will ideally have experience with basic office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The individual should be able to quickly learn ZIVARO’s proprietary systems used daily. This person will also be able to multi-task and maintain accuracy under a heavy workload and have excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate contracts for all levels in the organization.
