    Contract Administrator II will act as a central point of contact for all agreements contemplated within ZIVARO. The CA II makes sure that all parties involved fulfill obligations to which they agreed. The contract administrator must know the ins and outs of a contract and ensure all sides adhere to its specific terms, conditions, rights, and obligations. The CA II will be responsible for managing several assignments concurrently while maintaining schedule deadlines. This position has a high strategic impact to ZIVARO and is responsible for managing critical contract formation and management, obligations of high risk and visibility.



    • Review and negotiate simple agreements for the company. Fully execute simple agreements like non-disclosure agreements and teaming agreements.
    • Review and fully executed documents from vendors, prime contractors and customers. Follow up with appropriate parties for execution of agreements
    • Maintain fully executed contracts in contracts database
    • Process signature requirements of partner and customer agreements and orders Execute contract close-out
    • Coordinate with Finance team for special payment terms, bonds, leasing
    • Prepare monthly reporting for various customer contracts including
    • Maintain company profile in specific vendor and government website portals
    • Maintain compliance with annual certification and fee payments of various authorities & vendors
    • Assist with providing certificates of insurance when requested
    • Other duties as assigned


    ZIVARO is looking for a person who has a minimum a Bachelors degree in related field with a minimum of 3 years’ experience, or 7 years of equivalent experience or multiple contract certifications. This person must be detail oriented and have the ability to stay calm and focused in a hectic environment. This person will ideally have experience with basic office systems including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. The individual should be able to quickly learn ZIVARO’s proprietary systems used daily. This person will also be able to multi-task and maintain accuracy under a heavy workload and have excellent interpersonal skills to coordinate contracts for all levels in the organization.


    Physical Requirements:

    • Able to travel 10% of the time.
    • Able to lift up to 35 pounds
    • Frequently sit for long periods at desk using a computer
    • Able to stand for long periods of time at conferences
